FEATURE: NEW MEMBER DIRECTORY AND TOOLS Discover Valuable Connections in a Time of Change View the new Member Directory -- an internal member-only resource that empowers member-to-member connections! The internal directory is a resource accessible and viewable only by active LCDA members for the purpose of networking and learning. Your privacy is important to us; that is why only publicly-available information is viewable (personal contact information is not posted). Take the opportunity to tailor your directory profile. Visit your Member Portal to update your photo, professional bio link, or other information.
To guide your use of the internal member directory, we created an Internal Directory FAQ page. We want to hear from you! Message us about your user experience and the features it contains.
STAY TUNED!
We value you and your commitment to LCDA’s critical mission to increase U.S. Latino placement on corporate boards. LCDA will soon be releasing an external Member Directory showcasing all active LCDA members. What you are viewing here is a beta version of the directory, before it is launched and made public on the LCDA Homepage. To learn more about the external directory, we created an External Directory FAQ page.
Access LCDA’s member-only Message Board -- a resource to post and share relevant information in a secure environment. How are you dealing with implications of the coronavirus pandemic? Know of any interesting webinars you want to share? Be part of the conversation and collaborate with fellow peers! The message boards are only accessible from your Member Portal. To learn more about the message board feature, we created a Message Board FAQ page.

EXPAND YOUR NETWORK: Join Equilar’s Diverse Director Database
LDCA Strategic Partner, Equilar, the California State Teachers’ Retirement System (CalSTRS), and the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) have formed a partnership to help portfolio companies find untapped talent to serve on corporate boards. CalSTRS and CalPERS together have established a database of prospective directors, known as the Diverse Director DataSource. The Diverse Director DataSource offers shareowners, companies, and other organizations a facility from which to recruit individuals whose experience, skills, and knowledge qualify them to be a candidate for a director’s seat. As an Equilar diversity network partner, LCDA members will benefit from being featured in the Diverse Director Datasource.
