LCDEF BOARDREADY INSTITUTE (BRI)
The Latino Corporate Directors Education Foundation (LCDEF) invites you to join us on July 11-12, 2024, in Chicago, IL, for our upcoming BoardReady Institute (BRI).

- Thursday, July 11: BRI Core, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM at the InterContinental Chicago
- Thursday, July 11: BRI Reception, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM, Location TBA
- Friday, July 12: BRI Core, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM at the InterContinental Chicago

ABOUT BRI CORE
The BRI Core program is targeted at Executive Members (aspiring directors). BRI Provides hands-on preparation, high-quality governance content, 1:1 coaching and board-level networking. It's designed to prepare highly credentialed senior executives to be a vetted talent pool for corporate board service.
Sample BRI Core sessions include, but are not limited to:
- Corporate Boards 101: Board Fundamentals
- Navigating the Shift from Operational Management to Strategic Oversight
- Elevating Your Toolkit: Refining Your Board Value Proposition
- Learning from the Activist Investor Playbook to Make You a Better Director
Program Fees: BRI $3,000*
Members who register and attend the BRI session dates from July 11 - 12 will receive a certificate and be recognized for successfully completing the BRI corporate governance program.
CANCELLATION
If you are unable to attend the July 2024 BRI after registering, please contact Lisa Hodges at lhodges@latinocorporatedirectors.org to cancel and receive a refund. Event cancellations made AFTER July 1, 2024, will be subject to a cancellation fee of $200.
*LCDA members’ dues need to be current prior to registering.
