LCDEF 2025 BOARDREADY INSTITUTE (BRI)
The Latino Corporate Directors Education Foundation (LCDEF), together with LCDA, invites you to join us on April 10-11, 2025, in Dallas, TX, for its first BoardReady Institute (BRI) of the year.

- Thursday, April 10: BRI Reception, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday, April 11: BRI Programming, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

LCDA has contracted with the JW Marriott Dallas Arts District for a limited number of rooms at the exclusive rate of $329/night (plus tax). This rate is valid for April 8 - 12, 2025.

BRI OVERVIEW
The BRI program is targeted at members who have not completed board-ready programming or who are serving on their first private board. BRI provides hands-on preparation, high-quality governance content, 1:1 coaching and board-level networking. It's designed to prepare highly credentialed senior executives to be a vetted talent pool for corporate board service.
Sample BRI workshops include, but are not limited to:
- Corporate Boards 101: Board Fundamentals
- Navigating the Shift from Operational Management to Strategic Oversight
- Elevating Your Toolkit: Refining Your Board Value Proposition
- Learning from the Activist Investor Playbook to Make You a Better Director
Program Fees: BRI $3,000*
Members who register and attend the BRI session dates from April 10 - 11, will receive a certificate and be recognized for successfully completing the BRI corporate governance program.
CANCELLATION
If you are unable to attend the April BRI after registering, please contact Lisa Hodges at lhodges@latinocorporatedirectors.org to cancel and receive a refund. Event cancellations made AFTER Friday, March 21, 2025, will be subject to a cancellation fee of $200.
*LCDA members’ dues need to be current prior to registering.
