Our Virtual Coaching Circles match 3-4 LCDA Executive Members with an experienced Director Member to participate in a group coaching session via Zoom breakout rooms. The Coaching Circles’ objective is to share updates on your board journey to date and receive feedback and insights to advance in your next steps - all while connecting and building relationships with LCDA Director Members.
