As part of LCDA’s commitment to advancing governance excellence and boardroom impact, we are pleased to invite you to an upcoming Governance, Growth & Innovation (GGI) Session. These sessions are designed to convene corporate directors, senior executives, and trusted advisors around governance topics shaping today’s board agendas. While connection and community remain core to LCDA, our intent is clear: to create spaces where learning, insight exchange, and strategic dialogue strengthen board readiness and enterprise oversight.

On March 5 in New York City, LCDA’s Mid-Atlantic Member Network is pleased to partner with FTI Consulting for a focused discussion titled Geopolitics in the Boardroom: Anticipating Risk, Preserving Value, and Communicating Under Pressure. Drawing on FTI Consulting’s global advisory and risk mitigation expertise, this conversation will explore how boards can anticipate and mitigate geopolitical risk while protecting enterprise value, navigate increasingly complex and shifting stakeholder dynamics, and identify strategic opportunities emerging from global geopolitical developments.

As part of our commitment to advance boardroom excellence and impact, LCDA is pleased to highlight a timely webinar conversation, presented in collaboration with our partners, Women Business Collaborative (WBC), and the 50/50 Women on Boards.

This discussion will feature distinguished LCDA Members, alongside distinguished leaders in governance, whose leadership and boardroom experience reflect the caliber of executives shaping governance today. Together, they will examine the value military veterans bring to corporate governance and how diverse leadership - across gender, cultural, and service backgrounds - strengthens board effectiveness in 2026.

The conversation will also explore pathways for veteran leaders to transition into corporate board service, alongside the key trends and governance priorities shaping boardrooms today.
