The Virtual Mock Board Interviews pair an LCDA Executive Member 1:1 with a Search Firm representative or Director Member to conduct a mock board interview via Zoom’s breakout rooms. A sample company will be provided to each of the Executive Members and given the board search specifications, you will be asked to do the research, prepare for, and engage in a mock interview. After the interview, Executive Members will be provided feedback on your performance, interview strategies, types of questions to ask, research to do in advance, what happens at what stage, etc. for optimum success.
