Join LCDA Partner KMPG US and the KPMG Board Leadership Center as they explore how boards are leaning further in on the strategy process as AI, geopolitical risk, workforce transformation, and more reshape the business landscape.
From devoting more time to envisioning the future and scenario planning to making risk and resilience part of the strategy discussion, we’ll explore how boards are calibrating their engagement. What does a strong strategy development process look like? Where can the board add the most value? What do the board and management need from each other to drive a strategy process that aligns opportunity and risk for long-term value?

Join LCDA on Thursday, April 30, for an intimate evening with our Southeast Member Network in the Orlando area. This gathering brings together members and prospective members for conversation and the opportunity to strengthen connections within our growing leadership and governance community.
The evening will begin with a private art tour at The Alfond Inn—one of the only hotels in the United States that serves as an extension of an art museum. Located near Rollins College, the Inn features works from the Alfond Collection of Contemporary Art, part of the Rollins Museum of Art, and supports student scholarships through its philanthropic mission. The tour will be led by Leslie Anderson, Bruce A. Beal Executive Director of the Rollins Museum of Art, offering a unique and enriching perspective on the collection.
Following the tour, guests will gather for dinner at Cocina 214, generously hosted by LCDA Partner Foley & Lardner.
