As part of LCDA’s commitment to advancing governance excellence and boardroom impact, we are pleased to invite you to an upcoming Governance, Growth & Innovation (GGI) Session. These sessions are designed to convene corporate directors, senior executives, and trusted advisors around governance topics shaping today’s board agendas. While connection and community remain core to LCDA, our intent is clear: to create spaces where learning, insight exchange, and strategic dialogue strengthen board readiness and enterprise oversight.
On March 5 in New York City, LCDA’s Mid-Atlantic Member Network is pleased to partner with FTI Consulting for a focused discussion titled Geopolitics in the Boardroom: Anticipating Risk, Preserving Value, and Communicating Under Pressure. Drawing on FTI Consulting’s global advisory and risk mitigation expertise, this conversation will explore how boards can anticipate and mitigate geopolitical risk while protecting enterprise value, navigate increasingly complex and shifting stakeholder dynamics, and identify strategic opportunities emerging from global geopolitical developments.
Date: Thursday, March 5, 2026
Time: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM EST
Location: FTI Consulting, 1166 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 15, New York City, NY 10036
Arrival Instructions: A valid ID is required for lobby check-in. The front desk will provide elevator access, and the FTI team will welcome you on the 15th floor.
This invitation is extended exclusively to LCDA members and partners as a benefit of membership. LCDA reserves the right to cancel any registration at its discretion. Partners interested in attending may contact Nicole Doyle, Partnership Manager, at ndoyle@latinocorporatedirectors.org.
