Join Latino Leaders, in alliance with LCDA, for networking and connecting with fellow Corporate Directors and board influencers for Latino Leader's Board Directors Forum in December. As Corporate America advances in recognizing the need for diversity at every level, in a recent publication by Latino Leaders, they are proud to report about those companies with Latinos in the Board Room every year for the last 16th. Latino Leader's annual report keeps growing and the names on it even more.

As a consequence of the interest that the issue has in corporate and corporate executive levels, and with the basic idea to discuss and explore the vision of leaders on these topics, Latino Leaders have been organizing the Latino Leaders “Board Directors Forum” in Dallas, Boston and next in Los Angeles, with a gathering of Latino and Non-Latino Board Directors, CEO’s, Board Chairs and Committee Chairs and high-level executives to discuss, share experiences, meet and explore possibilities of collaboration. A full day with speakers and networking that bring their perspective from a very high level.

Date: Tuesday, December 5, 2023
Time: 9:00 AM-7:00 PM PT
Location: The Ritz-Carlton, 900 W Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015

Companies globally are operating amidst significant shifts in social, political, economic and regulatory environments, which are giving rise to a plethora of seen and unforeseen risks. To effectively fulfill oversight responsibilities and continue to create value, board directors should seek to integrate risks arising from geopolitics into their strategic analyses. Applying enterprise risk management frameworks can help directors, regardless of geographical jurisdiction, understand exposure and ensure that appropriate structures and competencies are established.

LCDA Partner, Nasdaq, welcomes Ed Knight, Chair of the U.S.-India Business Council and Board Member of The World Federation of Exchanges, to moderate a panel discussion with Rupert Hammond-Chambers, President at the U.S.-Taiwan Business Council, Anita Lynch, Board Director at Nasdaq U.S. Exchanges, and Phil Mackintosh, Chief Economist at Nasdaq to discuss how boards can apply an enterprise risk management (ERM) mindset to guide their companies through this dynamic environment.
