Nasdaq Future of the Boardroom Series: Public vs. Private Company Practices 

This 3-part webinar series will discuss the differences in corporate governance structures, practices and trends in public companies and private companies. We will review public and private company data from Nasdaq’s 2024 Global Governance Pulse Survey that gathered feedback from nearly 900 directors and executives of corporations across industries and countries globally. The Virtual Mock Board Interviews pair an LCDA Executive Member 1:1 with a Search Firm representative or Director Member to conduct a mock board interview via Zoom’s breakout rooms. A sample company will be provided to each of the Executive Members and given the board search specifications, you will be asked to do the research, prepare for, and engage in a mock interview. After the interview, Executive Members will be provided feedback on your performance, interview strategies, types of questions to ask, research to do in advance, what happens at what stage, etc. for optimum success. 

REGISTRATION CLOSES FEBRUARY 7.
