CNBC: "The upside of having Latino corporate directors on your board is that you're more connected to your business case versus the diversity case—which is substantial growth in a market that is untapped. The con is you won't make money. In the new mainstream economy, Latinos will account for 25% of the population by 2050. If you're not playing in the game, you're going to be out" said LCDA CEO, Ozzie Gromada Meza, in an interview with CNBC.
