Event Description
Join LCDA Director Member Lauren Valiente and her colleagues at Foley and PwC for dinner on September 10th in Miami for an interactive program aimed at equipping audit committee members with the tools they need to effectively navigate their core oversight responsibilities. This program will utilize hypotheticals to illustrate the most significant issues facing audit committees in today’s complex environment and provide practical guidance on how best to navigate these issues.
