Event Description
Cyber security attacks have more than doubled since the pandemic, according to the IMF. These rising threats are seemingly everywhere and are affecting both a company's reputation and bottom line. So, what is a board of directors to do? In this conversation, in partnership with the Diligent Institute, we will explore the rapidly changing landscape of cyber risk and oversight. We’ll speak with leading cyber security experts about how the board should work with the C-suite to include cyber risk in both the company’s strategy and culture, how to know whether management is focusing on the right cyber risks, and how to build a recovery plan if your company is the victim of a cyber-attack. We’ll also take a look at the role of the CISO and why this position is becoming increasingly difficult for some companies to fill. While not all board members are cyber experts, this critical session will provide key steps to help protect your company from cyber threats.
